Approach to Treatment
Having experience with a variety of presenting issues ranging from early behavior problems to adult adjustment difficulties, Dr. Pachner helps clients understand how early relationships shape the way they see themselves and relate to others today. Therapy focuses on recognizing old patterns, building healthier ways of connecting, and using the therapeutic relationship as a safe place to practice new skills and experiences. This approach blends insight about past relationships with hands‑on tools to create more balanced thinking, stronger relationships, and improved emotional well‑being.
